Shipping Policy
General Shipping Information
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 24 - 48 business hours (excluding weekends and Federal holidays) for paid and in-stock items. Please note that a delay may occur during extreme weather concerns or the holiday season. All Pre-orders will be shipped on the release date of the product or the following day. All Pre-Order single card purchases may need extra time to ship out. Pre-orders are scheduled on a first paid, first ship basis. Please note that the release dates of products are subject to change by the manufacturers of the product(s) at any time. U.S. shipping destinations include U.S. territories, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and Guam.
Delivery time applies after the order has been processed and marked as 'shipped'. Certain west coast continental states will allow special arrangement for Saturday deliveries. (please note that this special service requires an additional surcharge of approximately $100 - $250 per small package) Weekends and Federal holidays do not count as normal business hours regarding shipping dates. Handling charges are free! We only charge our customers for shipping costs provided by the carrier. Our Web Site will calculate your shipping total as accurate as possible according to the weights of the order received. Should an overage for the order(s) occur, it will not be refunded unless a shipping option was selected for the order where the difference was considered a large amount.

*We will refuse orders requesting to ship to hotels or third party addresses.
*P.O. Boxes do not accept UPS or Fed-Ex shipments. Please select a USPS option.
U.S. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Please note that your order is subject for cancellation should you select the inappropriate shipping method that applies to your order. For example, selecting a “Singles Only” shipping method for a booster box order. The following methods for shipping are available for U.S. destinations. - USPS First Class Mail: 5 - 7 business days (w/delivery confirmation)
- All USPS Priority Mail methods: 3 - 5 business days (w/delivery confirmation)
- All USPS Express Mail methods: 2 business days (w/tracking + insurance)
U.S. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated and provided in the “Checkout” page “Step 3”. To calculate the shipping rate for an order, please add items to your “Shopping Cart” and go to the “Checkout” page. Fill-in the proper information for “Step 1 and Step 2,” and your shipping rates will appear in “Step 3.”
U.S. Tracking Services
All orders will be notified by e-mail that your order has been completed and shipped. For orders with trackable services, when your order is marked as 'shipped', you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can follow your package transit status.
